Help with your Reworded connection.

Connect your library

  1. Install the App Store version of Reworded and open it on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Enable iCloud sync in Reworded and wait for the library to finish syncing. This connection uses the production library used by the App Store app; a separate development library is not connected here.
  3. Start adding Reworded from your AI client’s app or connection settings. The client must support this connection. Where a custom server address is requested, use the address below.
  4. Continue to Apple’s sign-in page and use the same Apple account that stores your Reworded iCloud library.
  5. Review the permissions: read your library, create decks and cards, and save review results. Claude asks for all three at once; ChatGPT asks for each one when it is first needed. Approve them, then return to your client and ask, “Show my Reworded decks.”

If your client does not offer a compatible connection option, email us with the client name and platform. Setup availability can depend on your account or workspace.

Common questions

Why are my decks or cards missing?

Open Reworded and check that iCloud sync is enabled and has completed. Make sure you signed into the connection with the same Apple account. Cards stored only on your device or in a development version’s separate iCloud environment are not available through this production connection. Saved terms outside decks are not included in the current connection.

Why am I asked to reconnect to Apple?

Apple’s web session can expire or be revoked independently of the AI client connection. Start a fresh connection from your client and complete the Apple sign-in again. If the flow fails repeatedly, contact us with the approximate time and the error text, without copying a callback URL.

How does practice update my progress on iOS?

Grant permission to save reviews and ask your AI client to record the result for each reviewed card. A successful review tool response confirms that the result was saved. Open Reworded and allow iCloud sync to receive the updated schedule. An ordinary chat response or quiz alone does not save progress, and a live session queue is not transferred between devices.

Can my AI client create or edit my cards?

With permission to create content, ChatGPT or Claude can create a deck and add cards. Check the proposed text and destination deck before asking it to save. Editing or deleting existing cards is not part of the current tool set; use Reworded on your device for those changes.

I connected earlier. Why can I only read cards?

Earlier read-only permissions stay read-only. Reconnect and review the additional permissions if you want to create content or save reviews.

Can I use this in a live voice conversation?

This connection provides text-based tools. Whether a voice interface can use those tools depends on the AI client. Live voice support is not promised by this connection. Saving a result still requires a successful review tool call with the relevant permission.

Disconnect or remove connection data

Remove or disconnect Reworded in your AI client’s connection settings. A revocation request received by our server disables that grant. If you have multiple active connections, disconnect each one to remove all access.

For help verifying revocation or requesting removal of connection data, email hey@reworded.cards. Disconnecting does not delete cards from your iCloud library or messages from your AI conversation. See the privacy notice for retention details.

Report a security issue

Email security reports to hey@reworded.cards with “Security” in the subject. Describe the issue and how to reproduce it, without real user data, passwords, or tokens. We will acknowledge the report and investigate it.

What to include in a support request

Tell us which client and device you use, what you were trying to do, the approximate time and time zone, and the error message. Share only the minimum needed to explain the problem.

Do not send Apple passwords, verification codes, access tokens, or full sign-in callback URLs. Remove card content and account details from screenshots unless they are needed and you intend to share them.
